Serieshalltechcrunch is a great resource for people who like to keep up with their favorite movies and actors. It’s a place to find out what’s happening in the industry, and it’s also a great way to get to know your favorite actors and actresses.

    NoBudge

NoBudge is a Tumblr-inspired website and app showcasing indie cinema. It’s a place for filmmakers to get their work seen and fans to discover new work from the neo-cinematic community.

The site offers a range of programming, from classic short films to curated features. In addition to its own programming, it also curates films from SXSW and Sundance. There’s even a free 7-day trial for new users.

Founder Kentucker Audley’s website began as a curated Tumblr blog in 2011. He has since shifted it into an all-in-one website and app. While his original intention was to promote his own work, it has evolved into a hub for independent filmmakers. As a film programmer and actor, he’s had the opportunity to see plenty of films and to interact with others. His wide-ranging tastes have led him to create a website that’s one of the most comprehensive sources of indie cinema available.

To complement the website, the company also recently launched a streaming platform. It’s now available on Roku, iOS, Android, and Amazon Fire TV. Using the NoBudge App, you can access a slew of great shorts from indie directors like Tyler Taormina and Grace Glowicki.

Although NoBudge’s name isn’t as well-known as others in the industry, it’s a reliable resource for discovering new indie works. Not only are the site’s short films clever, but their titles are often just as long as SNL sketches.

    Roku Channel

If you have an interest in developing your own Roku channel, you may be wondering how to get started. There are a number of ways to create a Roku channel, but each method involves different steps.

The fastest and most inexpensive way to create a Roku channel is to lease someone else’s. This will allow you to focus on content instead of technical details. It also saves you thousands of dollars in development costs.

Another option is to develop your own custom SDK channel. Developing a custom channel can take three to six months. Costs will vary depending on the complexity of your project and the caliber of your developer. A high-performance provider will offer you robust marketing and analytical tools, as well as 24/7 technical support.

Once you have a good idea of what you want to include in your channel, it’s time to start developing. You’ll need to find a developer with experience in the specialized programming languages of BrightScript and Scenegraph.

You can hire a developer to create your custom Roku channel for between $10K and $20K. This type of service is a good choice for small businesses and personal content creators.

Once you’ve decided to develop your own Roku channel, you’ll need to set up a developer account. You can do this through the Developer Dashboard. Using your developer’s account will allow you to access monetization features.

    Kentucker Audley

The new film from actor/filmmaker Kentucker Audley is a little bit of everything. As a filmmaker, he has written and directed three other films. He was also the creator of the movies brand, which is a website dedicated to showcasing true independent films.

For his latest, Audley turned to a duo of Baltimore-based auteurs. Audley’s uncle is Albert Birney, who is a writer and animator, and Birney is a director and writer as well. They co-directed the’smart’ aforementioned film Sylvio in 2017.

Strawberry Mansion, the film’s sequel, is a bit more focused on the time-honored story of a lonely man in 2035 who crashes on a deserted island. The film employs a variety of movie techniques, including an overly ambitious dream sequence, some clever visual effects, and an unspooled magnetic VHS tape.

But a number of other aspects of the film, such as the use of a plethora of video technologies, hazy lighting, and a sense of wistfulness, create a distinctly non-traditional cinema experience. Even when the film gets a bit too frenzied, its psychedelic promise is hard to resist.

The film has been receiving rave reviews from the likes of Filmmaker Magazine, which called the film “inspirational.” Similarly, Variety said the film is “a fun ride that’s worth taking a shot.” The film’s most lauded technical achievement is the’smart’ one, a dazzlingly complex storyline.
